Install Boop Connect App
Mac OS

Once it is installed, go to System Settings

Click the apple icon on the top left and choose ‘System Settings’

Go to Security & Privacy > Accessibility

Toggle on permission for Boop Connect app

Zoom app setup

Open Zoom app

Go to Settings/Preferences > Keyboard shortcuts

Click on the "Restore Defaults" button on the bottom right

Enable global shortcuts for:

Mute/Unmute my Audio

Start/Stop Video

Windows OS
We recommend installing the Boop app on a different drive than your main one (like D drive instead of C). This way, if you bump into any bugs or need a hand, you can easily access the app's logs and share them with us. This will help us diagnose the problem.

Boop not working
It’s best to restart the computer once installed, sometimes we have found some problem that goes away after restarting.
